offer you three types of diets recommended by Swiss dietitians.Offered fairly balanced diet and are calculated for 7 days.Adhere each of them can be not more than once per month.
1st breakfast: coffee with milk, 100 gr.lean ham, 50g.white bread.
2nd breakfast: half a glass (100 g.) Of vegetable juice.
Lunch: yogurt, baked without fat beef steak (200 gr.), Boiled potatoes (100 gr.), Sprinkle with parsley, pickled cabbage, beets.
Dinner: jellied fish (100 gr.), Lettuce or endive (50 oz.), Bakery (50 oz.), A drink from the hips with saccharin.
1st breakfast: coffee with milk, two soft-boiled eggs, 100 gr.bread, radishes.
2nd Breakfast: fruit (100 gr.).
Dinner: vegetable juice, chicken, baked without fat (250 gr.), Baked potatoes (100 gr.), A salad of raw carrots, spinach.
Dinner: 100 gr.cottage cheese, milk diluted with spring onions, chicory or salad, bread (50 oz.) tomato juice.
1st breakfast: a glass of milk, egg, black bread (50 oz.)
2nd breakfast: an apple (100 gr.).
Lunch: carrot juice, boiled or baked without fat pike (200 gr.), Green salad (100 gr.), Boiled or baked potatoes (100 gr.).
Dinner: low-fat cream cheese with milk, salad of 100 g.tomato or radish, white bread from wheat flour (50 gr.), tea without sugar.
